Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content residing on or accessible through TOIX infringes a copyright, please submit a notice of alleged infringement to our designated Copyright Agent.

Your DMCA Notice must include the following information:

What We Do Upon Receipt

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, TOIX will:

  • Review the claim and verify the information provided.
  • Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing.
  • Notify the user or author who posted the material about the takedown.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which TOIX may be found).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

TOIX maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
